We are currently adding hyperlinks throughout the existing site that connect directly to the new online store. For example, when viewing our sway bar page, you will be able to click on a part number and be taken straight to that product in the online store. This will make finding and ordering parts easier than ever.

Products will be added and updated gradually as they become available. As always, we are still happy to take orders over the phone or via email.

Update from the Meads in Watsonville, CA

We’re excited to share the latest progress at Speedway Engineering. Our team has been working hard to improve production and keep our products available. Here’s a quick update on some of our products.

Sway Bars

Our Sway Bar line is making great progress. Standard sway bars and arms are now in steady production.

• Solid Sway Bars: 1” and 1¼” bars are usually in stock. Out-of-stock orders typically take 1–2 weeks.
• Hollow Sway Bars: Some stock is kept on hand. If unavailable, heat treating can take 4–8 weeks.

Hubs and Drive Plates

Grand National Aluminum and Mod Lite Aluminum Hubs are almost ready to ship. Steel hubs will be available in the coming months, but heat treating will add to lead time.

Mini Stock, Grand National, and Dwarf Car Aluminum Drive Plates are nearly complete. Our goal is to have them ready for the upcoming racing season.

Rear Ends

Ford 9” Floater Housings are shipping now. Each rear end is handcrafted in the USA, built to order with precision and reliability for racing performance you can trust.

Dwarf Car Components

We’re now producing all Dwarf Car parts in-house. This includes bolt-on axle tubes, axles, side bells, and spools. Production will phase in over the coming months.

Axles

The axle line is growing as we expand other products. We’re working with vendors to streamline production and will share updates soon.
