  • Accurately heat-treated in state-of-the-art furnaces to ensure correct microstructure
  • Each axle is held to rigid inspection tolerances: Spline size, Rockwell hardness, Straightness, Seal size
  • Fully polished
  • Custom designed crowned 24-spline
  • Industry standard inner 31-spline (Ford)
  • Inner 35-spline available — Special Order
  • Shank size is 1.210" and seal area is 1.270" diameter
  • CNC machined out of premium grade Hy-Tuff steel
  • Date coded
  • Any length can be made
  • 31 spline end has 1-1/2" spline length for locker clearance
